Eine gewaltige Aufgabe
Manchmal trage ich meine traditionelle Kleidung, gebe meinem Äusseren die Form meiner Gedanken und setze mich ganz bewusst moderner Urbanität aus, um die Kluft zu fühlen, damit ich sie bewusst und verantwortungsvoll füllen kann. Denn es ist meine Aufgabe, die Jahrhunderte alten Werte des Hung Gar Kung Fu maximal zu schützen und sie dennoch der heutigen Gesellschaft zugänglich zu machen. Eine gewaltige Aufgabe, die zu lösen mir eine grosse Ehre ist.
Sometimes I wear my traditional clothes, give my appearance the shape of my thoughts, and deliberately expose myself to modern urbanity to feel the gap so that I can fill it consciously and responsibly. For it is my task to protect the centuries-old values of Hung Gar Kung Fu to the maximum and yet make them accessible to today’s society. A formidable task, which is a great honor for me to solve.
