Schlange im Mittelpunkt
Samstag habe ich die Schlange in den Mittelpunkt der Übungen meiner Workshops gestellt. Alles drehte sich um das Wesen, die Kraft und Bewegung der Schlange im Hung Gar Kung Fu.
Saturday I put the snake in the center of the exercises of my workshops. Everything revolved around the essence, power and movement of the snake in Hung Gar Kung Fu.
